He is survived by his wife, Faith; daughters, Carol Lucas and Kaye Emack; son, John; and six grandchildren.
Ben Edwin Loring Jr., 67, Nov. 21 in Saline, Mich. He worked with the Southern Baptist Life Commission and was pastor at Trinity Baptist Church, Oklahoma City, Okla, First Baptist Church, Lawton, Okla. and First Baptist Church, Waco, Texas. He was a member at Highland Baptist Church in Waco for several years before helping to start Antioch Community Church there. He then returned to Dallas to plant what is now Antioch Community Church, Dallas. He is preceded in death by his wife, Ruth. He is survived by two children, John Loring and Rebekah Loring McBride.
